What do you do?

I manage our corporate training curriculum and support various business units within the DDC organization by customizing training to meet their departmental needs. I also manage the Tuition Assistance program for both DDC Bargaining and Non-Bargaining employees.

What's your favorite part of working here?

I am a people person, and my job allows me the privilege of meeting and interacting with many employees and vendors from all walks of life.

How are you innovating?

We’re in the process of developing a curriculum that will offer basic skill sets to develop, prepare, and enhance leadership skills for all level employees within the DTNA organization.

I would recommend DTNA because of its focus on diversity and inclusion for all people, as well as the many opportunities available for growth, development, and advancement.

What do you do outside of work?

I am actively involved in my church. I volunteer at a local hospital where I have the opportunity to pray for and encourage patients. I love spending time with family, traveling, and last, but certainly not least, I enjoy long walks by the river with my husband.
