What do you do?

I am the Employee Relations Specialist for the Fort Mill office. I work with the Sales & Marketing departments, Parts, Service, Customer Application Engineering and other departments in the Carolinas.

What's your favorite part of working here?

My job is exciting and challenging. Each day there is a new opportunity to use my HR knowledge and learn from some of the smart dedicated people who surround me. Working in an environment where ideas and input influences best practice is the best part of working in Fort Mill.

How are you innovating?

There are many aspects of DTNA that are innovative. For me, being the chairperson of the Multicultural Employee Resource Group Exchange (MERGE), allows me to be on the forefront of many interesting opportunities that solidify a culture of inclusion in our company.

What do you do outside of work?

I have 10 year old twins who love basketball and a husband who hunts! My time at home involves running back and forth to practice, training camps, and Bass Pro! When I have time to myself I curl up in my backyard with a good book and meditate on life's many blessings.
