What's the favorite thing about what you do?

I really enjoy working with my colleagues and working with the interns. I can easily relate to them and I get excited when we can offer them such a great opportunity with Daimler Trucks North America. I have also learned a lot about Human Resources and Daimler Trucks North America overall in the few months I have been here.

How is your department innovating?

In the short amount of time I have been here, our department has accomplished many things and implemented new ideas. The goal is to improve the process of recruiting and the efficiency of our department, as well as streamline our communication with other departments in Daimler Trucks North America.

Why would you recommend someone work at Daimler Trucks North America?

Daimler Trucks North America has great opportunities for growth within the company and worldwide. Daimler Trucks North America employees I have met are very proud of being part of a global company that is the leading manufacturer of commercial vehicles in North America.

How do you spend your time outside work?

I spend my time with friends and family, playing sports, hiking, and watching foreign movies. I also enjoy photography and traveling when I have the opportunity to do so.
